Overview

The home page — a live snapshot of what your AI did today, what needs your attention, and the fastest way into the rest of the dashboard.

The Overview page is the first thing you see when you sign in. It pulls the most useful numbers from every other tab into one screen so you can tell in 10 seconds whether your AI had a quiet day or a busy one, whether anything needs you, and where to click next.

What this page shows

  • Metrics row — four tiles: calls this month, a success tile, AI minutes used, and average call length. The success tile shows captured leads, or — once your AI has a call purpose set — swaps to the outcome that defines success for it (one of: booked, routed, qualified, or answered). The calls and leads counts cover the calendar month.
  • Upcoming bookings — every confirmed appointment in the next 48 hours, soonest first. Click a row to open the booking. (Hidden if your business doesn't take bookings.)
  • Replies — open message threads that have sat idle 24+ hours. These are the ones where someone's waiting on you.
  • Recent calls — the last six calls, newest first. Click any row to open the call detail page.
  • Setup checklist — when something isn't configured yet (no greeting, no booking types, no phone number forwarded), the missing step shows here so you can finish it.
  • Plan and usage — the AI-minutes tile reads from the active billing cycle (not the calendar month), so it matches what gates calls and what your invoice will show. (The full per-resource quota ledger lives on Settings → Plan & billing.)

Definitions match the destination tab — on purpose

The "next 48h bookings" tile uses the exact same query the Bookings calendar uses. The "Replies" tile uses the same 24-hour idle rule the Messages tab uses. Click into any tile and the number you see is the same number you saw on Overview.

How to use it

  1. 1Glance at it first thing each morning. If the "Replies" tile is non-zero, that's the one thing worth doing before anything else.
  2. 2Use the recent-calls strip to spot-check call quality. Read one transcript a day; you'll catch tone issues or knowledge gaps your AI hit on a real call.
  3. 3When the setup checklist shows a missing step, click it. Each step links straight to the field that needs filling.
  4. 4Use Overview as your launchpad — every tile is a link into the tab that owns the underlying data.

Common questions

The Overview number doesn't match what I see when I open the tab.

Each tile is a live query — they all run when the page loads. If you opened Overview, then booked something in another tab, the Overview tile won't catch up until you refresh. The destination tab is always the source of truth.

I see "0 calls" but I know my AI took calls today.

The Calls-this-month tile resets on the 1st of each calendar month (not the billing-cycle anniversary — minutes-used uses the billing cycle, the calls count uses calendar month). If today is the 1st, the counter is correct. Otherwise check the Calls tab — if calls are there but not on Overview, refresh the page; each tile is a live query that runs at page load.

Can I customize what tiles show?

Not yet. The current layout was tuned for the things owners check daily. If you keep wishing a different number was on Overview, tell us — we're still iterating on which tiles earn the spot.
